Ovun had significant international potential but lacked a structure that supported profitable digital scaling.
Our mandate was to strengthen the digital presence and establish a foundation that connects visibility, user experience, and conversion. Through a holistic approach to web and marketing, we took ownership of building a growth model across markets.
