Spacefinder identified a need to modernize and streamline how companies find and rent office spaces. Previously, this process was characterized by:
- Manual searches, which required a lot of time and effort from users.
- Lack of price estimation, making it difficult to compare costs.
There was a need for a modern, responsive, and scalable solution that made it easier for tenants to find the right premises and make informed decisions.

To deliver precise and data-driven cost estimates, while matching them with available office spaces, it was important to have components that could handle complex calculations. This became Spacefinder – and in such setups React and Next.js truly shine.
Make + Hubspot
To ensure everything communicates seamlessly, we implemented automation from Make.com, which retrieves and sends inquiries to, among others, Hubspot. The connection between the website and CRM is very important if you want to keep control of the leads the website generates.

By creating the tool for Scout, Spacefinder has gained a significant advantage where potential tenants receive useful information and precise matching exactly for what they need from the office space.
