Tailored event film that conveys atmosphere and unity

A film experience from TechnoCamp that builds brand and engagement
Atea wanted to document their annual internal event TechnoCamp – a weekend packed with professional inspiration, relationship building, and entertainment. The goal was to produce an event film that captured the essence of the weekend and could Strengthen both internal culture and external brand positioning

The event consisted of professional lectures, communal dinners, and an exclusive surprise concert with Klovner i Kamp. Our job was to capture the energy, atmosphere, and people – and transform it into a film experience that inspires.

Production process – Presence and close collaboration

We were there from start to finish to capture genuine moments
We followed the event from Friday to Sunday and documented both the professional sessions, the social aspects, and the big concert. On Saturday, we recorded audio and conducted interviews with selected participants to include their voices in the film. To ensure the right angle and coverage, we maintained close dialogue with project managers and organizers throughout the weekend. The goal was clear: To create an event film that not only shows what happened, but how it felt to be there.

Video format and strategy – Edits for different platforms and purposes

Long version, social media clips, and vertical video – content that works everywhere
We delivered three versions of the film:
a main film of 3 minutes, a 1-minute version, and a short version of 30 seconds. The longest film provides a deep dive into the weekend and was edited to evoke memories and pride among participants. The shorter versions were optimized for social media and internal sharing, adapted to both landscape (16:9) and portrait (9:16) formats – to ensure maximum distribution and reach across digital channels.

A successful project that led to renewed collaboration

Atea was very pleased with the result – both the production process and the final content.
The film was well received internally and externally, helping to strengthen the community and highlight the culture at Atea.
The feedback was so positive that we are already booked to document TechnoCamp 2024.
