7. Sharing of information

8. Transfer outside the EU/EEA
If we use suppliers outside the EU/EEA (e.g. Mailchimp, WP Engine), we ensure:

9. Security and breach handling
We protect your data through:
- Strong access controls, encryption and two-factor authentication
- Backup solutions and system monitoring
- Internal procedures for reporting and incident management
- Notifications to the Data Protection Authority and data subjects within 72 hours of a breach
Web hosting and technical operations:
We use WP Engine as our web hosting provider. This means that personal data stored in connection with our website (including IP addresses, forms and cookies) is also processed by WP Engine. The provider is subject to a data processing agreement and has undertaken to comply with the GDPR and ensure a high level of information security.
10. Automated decision-making and profiling
We do not use automated decision-making that produces legal effects or similarly significant effects, cf. GDPR Article 22. Simple profiling takes place in connection with the analysis and improvement of marketing.
